"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Waghorn (IP No. 009432) and David Tann (IP No. 008101) both of Wilkins Kennedy, 92 London Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 4SJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
