Notice is hereby given that on 9th November 2018 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the Directors of D. Hay Motor Engineers Ltd craving the Court inter alia to order that D. Hay Motor Engineers Ltd having their Registered Office at 77 Mauchline Street, Glasgow, G5 8HQ be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 14th November 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
