Pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 13 of the Companies Act 2006, the directors of the company proposed on 9 August 2019, that the following written resolutions of the members be passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) and Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 14 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
