Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 137(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) that Dominic Dumville of Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4PL was appointed Joint Liquidator of the above company by the Secretary of State on 5 July 2016. Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54(6) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that a meeting of creditors is to take place.
