A Petition to wind up the above-named company of D and L Plants Limited (13447930) whose registered office is 44 Fisher Close, Barton-Le-Clay, Bedford MK45 4NF whose nature of business is 46110 – Agents selling agricultural raw materials, livestock, textile raw materials and semi-finished goods and 46190 – Agents involved in the sale of a variety of goods presented on 18 July 2022 by BLOEMENGROOTHANDEL B.J. VAN DUYVENVOORDE & ZN B.V. (A Company incorporated under the laws of Netherlands of Venus 181, 2675 Ln Honselersdijk, Netherlands claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts England & Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 7 September 2022 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
