At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3LS on 15 February 2021 at 3.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special resolution and an Ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Antonya Allison (IP No. 23270) and Andrew David Haslam (IP No. 9551) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3LS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
