Notice is hereby given that on 7 June 2019 a petition was presented to the sheriff at Inverness by D A Stephen Associates Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts having company registration number SC528889, having its registered office at Lilyoak, High Street, Conon Bridge, Dingwall, Ross-shire, IV7 8AZ (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court, in which petition the sheriff, by interlocutor dated 7 June 2019, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Inverness Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
