On 24th May 2018 a Petition was presented to Forfar Sheriff Court by David Smith, 18 Devondale Road, Arbroath, Angus DD11 1TP craving the Court inter alia to order that D & M Manufacturing and Welding Services Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC293015) and having its registered office at Unit 7, 32 Dens Road, Arbroath, DD11 1RU (“the company”) be wound up under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to appoint Claire Middlebrook, Insolvency Practitioner of Middlebrooks Business Recovery and Advice, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh EH1 3PG as Interim Liquidator of the said company and meantime appointed said Claire Middlebrook to be Provisional Liquidator of the said company until Interim Liquidators of the said company are appointed or the said Petition is dismissed. All parties claiming an interest must lodge Answers with Forfar Sheriff Court, 22 Market Street, Forfar DD8 3WT within eight days of intimation, service and advertisements.
