“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Stevens and Carrie James, both of SA Insolvency, 47 Ryton Way, Hilton, Derbyshire DE65 5GY, (IP Nos. 9646 and 16570), be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up, and they are both to act jointly and separately on all matters.”
