“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP and Adam Charles Southard, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Second Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, (IP Nos. 008368 and 11930) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
