"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Andrew Segal (IP No. 2685) and David Birne (IP No. 9034) both of Fisher Partners, Acre House, 11-15 William Road, London, NW1 3ER be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and that the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation."
