NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company, which was wound up voluntarily on 11 March 2022, intend to make a first and final dividend to creditors.

Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 22 April 2022 to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016, to the Joint Liquidators at Bridgewood Financial Solutions Ltd, Second Floor, Poynt South, Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham, NG1 6LF. If so required by notice from the Joint Liquidators, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Joint Liquidators consider is necessary, to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.

The Directors of the Company have made a declaration of solvency and It is expected that all creditors will be paid in full

The distribution maybe made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
