Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that General Meetings of the above company and its creditors will be held at the offices of Wallace & Co Ltd, Insurance Chambers, 403 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 7EW on Thursday 17 September 2020 at 10.30 and 11.00am for the purpose of receiving an account of the liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up for the entire period of the liquidation showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

The following resolutions will be considered:

“That Orla Wallace be released as Liquidator of CWS Recycling Limited.”

“That the Liquidator may destroy any books and records of the company excluding her own file as Liquidator, one year after her release”

“That the Liquidators final Report and Receipts and Payments be approved”

Creditors wishing to vote at their meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of Wallace & Co Ltd, Insurance Chambers, 403 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 7EW no later than 12.00 noon on Wednesday 16 September 2020
