"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter John Harold (IP No. 10810) of Refresh Recovery Limited, West Lancashire Investment Centre, Maple View, White Moss Business Park, Skelmersdale, Lancashire, WN8 9TG be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
