A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 116 Headstone Drive, Harrow HA1 4UH presented on the 3rd September 2020 by MARRFISH LIMITED whose Registered Office is at Andrew Marr/International Building, Livingstone Road, Hessle, North Humberside HU13 0EE claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 10th day of November 2020 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours 9th November 2020.
