I, Roderick Julian Jones (Insolvency Practitioner No 8715), was appointed to act as Administrator of CWF Construction Limited with effect from 17 December 2010 and subsequently as Liquidator with effect from 20 December 2011.

Creditors who have not already submitted a Proof containing the information required by Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 and setting out their details and details of their claims against CWF Construction Limited are required to do so on or before Friday 14 May 2021.

In addition to the information provided by a Creditor in any Proof containing the information required by Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 the Liquidator may require the Creditor to produce any document or other evidence which the Liquidator considers necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.
