“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Jeremy Charles Frost (IP No: 9091) and Michelle Gillian Breslin (IP No: 9579) of Frost Group Limited, One Elmfield Park, Bromley BR1 1LU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
