A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company whose registered office is situate Unit 10c, Threemilestone Industrial Estate, Threemilestone, Truro, TR4 9LD and whose last known trading address is 7 Carn Brea Village, Redruth, Cornwall, TR15 3BL presented on 7 June 2022 by Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Ltd of Saint-Gobain House East Leake, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE12 6JU claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 10 August 2022 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
