Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 9 November 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin C Armstrong (IP No. 006212) and Andrew Richard Bailey (IP No. 18810) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
