At a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 20 High Street, Lydd, Romney Marsh, Kent, TN29 9AJ on 29 January 2020 the following resoltuions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jason Bowen (IP No. 22150) of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 82 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WQ be appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 29 January 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Jason Bowen as Liquidator.
