At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named LLP, duly convened and held at Mercer & Hole, 7th Floor, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH on 4 April 2019, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) and Christopher Laughton (IP No. 6531) both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the LLP for the purpose of such winding up.”

The Joint Liquidators may act jointly or severally so that all functions may be exercised by either or both of the liquidators.
