I, Laurence Russell, being the liquidator of the above named company, give notice of my intention to pay a first interim dividend to unsecured creditors within 2 months of 31 March 2017, being the last date for proving claims. All creditors should submit their claims and supporting documentation to me. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they are not participating, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved.
