NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF AN INSOLVENT COMPANY OF THE RE-USE OF A PROHIBITED NAME

On 6th March 2017 the Company went into insolvent liquidation.

We Hugh Adam Jones of Flat 3, 22A Shield House, Sutton Place, London, E9 6EH and Ian Ballantyne of 4 Carr Road, London, E17 5EN were Directors of the above-named company on the day it entered into liquidation. Pursuant to Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 we hereby give notice that we intend to act in one or more of the ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with and/or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the Company under the following name: THE COMMON GROUP LIMITED a limited liability company registered in England and Wales under number 10604903 whose registered office is at Master Finance, LGF, 27 Gloucester Place, London, W1U 8HU trading as “The Common Group” and/or “Cult Events” and/or “Culte” and/or “the Wall SE1” and/or “the Common Old Oak” and/or “S.E.G.” and any derivatives thereof of the foregoing.
