At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Harbour View, Itchenor, West Sussex PO20 7DH on 16 October 2020, at 10.30 am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Hopkirk (IP No. 21150) and Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately.”
