A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is at Unit 14 Parsons Green Lane, London, SW6 4HH presented on 20 September 2022 by FEDERAL CAPITAL LIMITED whose registered office is at 14A Old Marsh Farm Barns, Welsh Road, Sealand, CH5 2LY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Business and Property Courts of Manchester, Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 1 November 2022 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
