A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Cube Integrated Limited (10736335) of 226 Manchester Road, Lostock Gralam, Northwich CW9 7PL, 226 Manchester Road, Lostock Gralam, Northwich CW9 7PL (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Manfacture of electrical equipment, steam and air conditioning supply, construction of domestic buildings and electrical installation, presented on Thursday 12 December 2019, at 11:30 by LED FLEX LIMITED, of Unit 701, Stonehouse Park, Stonehouse GL10 3UT claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Chester County Court, Trident House, Little St. John Street, Chester, Kent CH1 1SN England on Wednesday 12 February 2020, at 11:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
