Notice is hereby given that on 12 November 2018 a Petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by CU Building Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC244760 and having its registered office at 33 West Donington Street, Darvel, Ayrshire KA17 0AW craving the court inter alia that CU Building Services Limited be wound up by the court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator, in which Petition the sheriff by interlocutor dated 12 November 2018 appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner, of William Duncan & Co, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NU to be Provisional Liquidator of CU Building Services Limited with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
