At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held on 24 March 2025 the following resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business, and that the company be wound up the under a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation"

""That Helen Whitehouse and Simon Thomas Barriball of McAlister & Co Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 10 St Helen`s Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately".

Creditors confirmation: The appointment of Helen Whitehouse and Simon Thomas Barriball as Joint Liquidators was confirmed by a deemed consent process which was completed on 24 March 2025.
