Notice is hereby given that Petitions were presented to the Court of Session by SCOTT CHRISTIE, CRAIG HENDRY and KEVIN NUTT, directors of CSN Care Group Limited (registered office 160 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2HG (Reg. no. SC617634)), pursuant thereto the Lord Ordinary by interlocutors dated 12th September granted leave under section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 to the Petitioners to use the name "Carewatch" and to be directors of the said company and to the first and second named Petitioners also to use the names “My Life” and “New Directions”.
