"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Graham Self (IP No. 9706) of Restart BTi, Suite 42, Dunston House, Dunston Road, Chesterfield, S41 9QD and Steven John Currie (IP No. 009675) of Currie Young Ltd, 10 King Street, Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5 1EL be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that they are authorised to act jointly and severally in this regard."
