Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 22 May 2019 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Harris (IP No 015454) of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine's Way, London E1W 1DD, Patrick Lannagan (IP No 009590) of Mazars LLP, One St Peters Square, Manchester M2 3DE, Paul Appleton (IP No 008883) and Stephen Katz (IP No 008681) both of David Rubin & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London WC1R 4HE be appointed as Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
