A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 15 May 2018 by MR YOUNGJAE RYU of 636 King Lane, Leeds, claiming to be a Director of the Company. The petition will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Leeds, on 10 July 2018, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of that intention in accordance with rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 not later than 4pm on the business day before that which is appointed for the hearing (or, where the hearing has been adjourned, for the adjourned hearing).
