At a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at The Office Group, The Euston Office, One Euston Square, 40 Melton Street, London NW1 2FD on 29 March 2017 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Amie Johnson, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH, (IP No 18570) be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
