Notice is hereby given that on 24 January 2020 a Note was presented to a Sheriff at Hamilton Sheriff Court by John Brown ("the Noter") for leave to bring proceedings against the Company C.S. Robertson (Packaging) Limited (In Liquidation) (Company No SC070120) ("the Company"), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office previously at 4 Young Place, Kelvin Industrial Estate, East Kilbride, Glasgow G75 0TD and now at C/O WRI Associate Limited, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB craving the Court, inter alia to grant leave to the Noter in terms of Section 130(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 to bring proceedings against the Company, in which Note the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 27 January 2020 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
