At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 154 Rothley Way, Mountsorrel, LE12 7JX on 22 April 2021, the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) and Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 14 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
