At a general meeting of the members of the above named Partnership, duly convened and held at 31 Hill Street, London, W1J 5LS on 12 November 2018 at 2.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution, respectively:

“That the Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Brittain (IP No. 9000) of Wilkins Kennedy, Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY and Matthew Waghorn (IP No. 009432) of Wilkins Kennedy, 92 London Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 4SJ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and that they may act jointly and severally.”
