Pursuant to Rule 14.28/14.29 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules1986, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the last date for proving debts againstthe Company, is 5 January 2022, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of Valentine & Co, Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet, EN5 5YL, the Liquidator of the above-named Company. Notice is further given that the Liquidator intends to declare afirst and final dividend within two months of the lastdate for proving.

I would confirm that there are no relevant floating charges over the assets of the Company and therefore I am not required to set aside this fund for the benefit of the unsecured creditors. The distribution is being made from the available funds other than the Prescribed Part.
