Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 9 July 2020, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Myers (IP No. 18450) and Adam Henry Stephens (IP No. 9748) both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
