"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael James Gregson, of TC Bulley Davey Limited, 4 Cyrus Way, Cygnet Park, Hampton, Peterborough, PE7 8HP, (IP No 9339), be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up."
