"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Daryl Warwick (IP No. 009500) and Michael Kienlen (IP No. 9367) both of Armstrong Watson LLP, Fairview House, Victoria Place, Carlisle, CA1 1HP be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
