Notice is hereby given that on 5th April 2019 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the directors of Croft Construction Services Ltd (Company Number 502304) craving the Court inter alia to order that Croft Construction Services Ltd having their Registered Office at 11 Shotts Street, Queenslie Industrial Estate, Glasgow, G33 4JB be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 8th April 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
