At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Regus Office, 105 Cardinal Point, Park Road, Rickmansworth, WD3 1RE on 4 December 2020 at 9.30 am the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and ordinary resolution respectively: "That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Hopkirk (IP No. 21150) and Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
