On 19th November 2021 the members of the Company passed the following written resolutions as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lindsay Farrer (IP No: 9487) of Saint & Co., Sterling House, Wavell Drive, Rosehill, Carlisle, CA1 2SA be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
