At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at The Nuthall, Nottingham Road, Cinderhill, Nuthall, Nottingham NG8 6AX on 12 October 2020, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same under an insolvent winding up procedure and that Sajid Sattar and Simon Gwinnutt of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company and that they may act jointly or severally in this regard."

At a subsequent meeting on the same day the creditors appointed Andrew Rosler (IP No. 9151) and Tom Bowes (IP No. 17010) both of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton BL1 4QZ and Sajid Sattar and Simon Gwinnutt were given their release.
