Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 17 November 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 322 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7PB and Louise Freestone (IP No. 20170) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Pavilion House, 14-16 Bridgford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6AB be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Liquidators shall act jointly or severally."
