A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Crescere Investments Ltd (10158632) of 222a Hoghton Lane, Hoghton, Preston PR5 0JH, whose nature of business is 68209 - Other letting and operating of own or leased real estate, presented on Wednesday 28 April 2021, at 09:00 by BURNLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL, of C/o Liberata, Parker Lane, Burnley, Lancashire BB11 9SA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 07 July 2021, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
