A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Crepa and Waffla Ltd of 91 Mill Road, Caerphilly, Wales CF83 3FE, whose nature of business is take away food shops and mobile food stands, presented on 14 September 2021, at 12:00 by Theano Karagianni, of 91 Mill Road, Caerphilly, Wales, CF83 3FE claiming to be a Minority Shareholder of the Company, will be heard at the Cardiff Civil Centre on Wednesday 19 January 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on Monday 17 January 2022.
