This Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Director of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Paul Lane, c/o Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, TN24 8DH.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. That creditors confirm the nomination of the liquidator appointed by the members and accordingly Ian Yerrill remains as Liquidator of the Company.

2. That a Liquidation Committee will not be established.

In the event that no committee is established, the following resolutions will additionally be put to the creditors:

That the costs of Yerrill Murphy in connection with the convening of the statutory meeting of members to be held on 6 December 2018 together with the costs of convening a physical meeting of creditors and the preparation of the Report and Statement of Affairs provided to that meeting, be fixed at ÂŁ4,500 plus VAT, plus disbursements, with authority to draw as and when funds permit.

4. That the Liquidator's fees be fixed by reference a fixed charge of ÂŁ6,000 together with 15% of aggregate realisations, all plus VAT with authority to draw as and when funds permit.

The meeting will be held at 30 Percy Street, London, W1T 2DB on 6 December 2018 at 12.00 noon. This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.

All proofs of debt must be delivered by: 4pm on 5 December 2018.
