At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named LLP, duly convened, and held at 56 Palmerston Place, Edinburgh, EH12 5AY on 11 September 2018 the following Special resolution and Ordinary resolution were duly passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the LLP cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3PG, (IP No. 9650) be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
