A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Creative House, 124 Prince of Wales Drive, Battersea, London, SW8 4BJ (registered office) presented on 28 August 2018 by MARK SANDS as Trustee in Bankruptcy of Alan Ward also known as ALI NOORI REDH ALASFAR of Quantuma LLP of Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton SO14 2AQ, pursuant to a Special Resolution dated 16 May 2018 for the Company to be wound up by the Court in accordance with section 122(1)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business & Property Courts, Insolvency & Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 10 October 2018 at 10.30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 8 October 2018
